Student data, treated as sensitive by default
Not an add-on, not a checkbox at contract time. The architecture assumes school records matter from the first line of code.
The short version
Not an add-on, not a checkbox at contract time. The architecture assumes school records matter from the first line of code.
- Encrypted in transit
- Every connection to DigiSqull runs over HTTPS/TLS, including the connection between the app and its database.
- Role-based access
- Admins, teachers, parents, students and transport staff each see only the modules and records their role permits.
- Offline-first by design
- Attendance and SOS actions queue locally and sync once connectivity returns, so network drops don't lose data.
- Your data, backed up
- School data is backed up daily so a school never depends on a single server staying online.
Who can see what
Every account is scoped to a role: administrator, teacher, parent, student or transport staff, and each role reaches only the modules and records it needs. A parent account sees its own children's fees, attendance and results; it does not see other families' records or staff-only modules like payroll and HR.
